Payment / Cancellation / Invoice
Of course! We use the most use and secure payment platforms in the field of e-commerce: Stripe and WooCommerce in particular. No need to fear!
Reservation of stay: payment is made exclusively by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress. Security is ensured by the Stripe payment platform, whose reputation in e-commerce is well established.
Purchases in the online store: credit cards are always accepted but for greater convenience, Bancontact and Payconic are also offered.
For maximum traveler flexibility, we offer full refund cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Less than 5 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Yes, we can, upon request, provide you with the VAT invoice related to your stay for your accounting purposes.
You can either answer to an e-mail that will be sent following your booking or use the possibilities offered in our Contact page.
Price/Availability
We created this site to avoid dependency and costs linked to Booking, Airbnb, Abritel and others. Therefore, we always guarantee a lower price than these platforms, for the same conditions (cancellations for example).
As price management is sometimes complex, do not hesitate to contact us (here) if you notice a price higher than that on Booking/Airbnb. We will correct it immediately.
This website is a real reservation platform. Via the ‘Booking’ page, you can check the availability of each lodging and once your dates and the number of people have been selected, all you have to do is enter your (bank) details to book.
An email confirmation will then be sent to you immediately.
Check-in/Check-out/Services
You can arrive from 4 p.m. and the check-out it at 10 a.m. the lastest.
Extra’s for late check-out or early check-in are available in the on-line shop.
For more flexibility and convenience, access to the cottage is via a key box.
No need to agree on a specific time of day: from check-in time, you arrive whenever you want!
You will receive the box code automatically on the day of your arrival.

Yes, bed sheets, towels and kitchen linens are provided free of charge.
Other essential products are also present: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.
Yes, cleaning fees are included in the prices of all reservations.
Yes, a private parking is provided to you free of charge during your stay, without need of reservation.
Hot Tub
For reservations made after June 2, 2024, access to the Hot Tub is included in the price.
For reservations made before June 2, 2024 (and therefore before the installation of the Hot Tub), access to the Hot Tub, if desired, must be ordered on the ‘Extra’s‘ page.
Yes. The Hot Tub is heated and accessible all year round.
For even more comfort, we advise you to choose the bathrobe/sandals service to avoid slipping and being cold when leaving the Hot Tub. See the ‘Extra’s‘ page.

Of course. Everything is done to make families feel at home: master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, games for children, everything necessary for baby (chair, bed, safety barriers), outdoor furniture for good days…
Indeed! The cottage is suitable for both a family and professionals. A desk allows you to sit comfortably and a quality internet connection is available.
You will also find all the necessary tea/coffee to keep you going throughout your work day!
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the cottage. Ashtrays are available in outdoor areas.
Although we love animals, for hygiene reasons and cleanliness, it is forbidden to bring pets in the cottage.
